Map the real opening
Measure the shelf and the clear space above it. Include the distance needed to tilt or lift a bin through the opening. Compare the product’s loaded-use instructions with the shelf’s instructions.
Group what belongs here
Sort the contents before choosing a bin size. Heavy, awkward, and frequent-use items may need different positions. A row of identical baskets can look tidy without matching how the space is used.
Test before buying the set
Try one category and one container first. Label the visible side and allow room to grip it. Expand the system after checking that the arrangement still works when the bins are filled.
